Solution 1: Try Using Outlook in Safe Mode

Create an Outlook Safe Mode on your desktop screen. Afterwards, double-click the Outlook icon while pressing the “CTRL” key. Doing so will show you a popup box asking you to permit the application to run in safe mode. Press “Yes” to allow. 

Solution 2: Disable Outlook Add-ins

For disabling the add-ins from Outlook, you first have to open it in safe mode. Then, select File> Options> Add-ins. After that, you have to check and ensure that “COM Add-ins” is selected. You will find this option in the Manage box. Then, you need to deselect all the COM Add-ins list checkboxes and tap the “Remove” option. Now, you have to close the application, open it again and check if the error is resolved or not.

Solution 3: Try creating a new Outlook profile

Another method that you can try is to create a new profile on Outlook. This is because many a time, the corrupted profile might also display the Outlook won’t open error.
