You can either Uninstall the same from the Control Panel just like any other Application. However, if this method doesn’t work.   1. In the very first place, go to “office.com” on your system. This involves launching a Web Browser like Google Chrome. Then, use the given URL to access the required website. 
  2. From the top right-hand corner, click on the Profile icon.
  3. Use your registered Email Address and Password to access your Microsoft Account. 
  4. From your Account window, go to the “Services & Subscriptions” page.
  5. Select Office 365. Click the respective “Install” tab to download the Setup File.
  6. Wait while the Setup File downloads to Reinstall Office 365.
  7. Now, you will have to locate the downloaded “Office Setup File”. For this, check the Downloads Folder of your system. Alternatively, locate it at the preferred destination that you might have set.
  8. Double-click on it and launch the Installer.
  9. This brings up a Security Warning pop-up box. Here, you must click “Run” or “Setup” or “Save” as per your Browser.
  10. With this, you will get the “User Account Control” window seeking your permission to make the required changes. Hence, click “Yes” for the same.
  11. As a result, the process to Reinstall Office 365 will begin. 
  12. This process will take some time. Therefore, wait patiently in order to complete the process. 
  13. When you get the “You’re all set” message on your screen, click “Close” to leave the Installation Wizard. 
  14. At last, Restart your Windows Device.

  1. In the very first place, log in to your Microsoft Account at “office.com login” on your system. 
  2. Access the “Services & Subscriptions” page.
  3. Then, select Office 365. Click the respective “Install” tab to download the Setup File.
  4. Wait while the Setup File downloads to Reinstall Office 365.
  5. Now, you will have to locate the downloaded “Setup File” to Reinstall Office 365. For this, check the Downloads Folder of your system. Alternatively, locate it at the preferred destination that you might have set.
  6. Double-click on it and launch the Installer.
  7. This brings up the Installer’s “Welcome” window. In order to proceed with the process of Reinstall Office 365, click “Continue”.
  8. Now, you will get the window providing the “License Agreement”. Hence, attentively read the terms given here. Then, go to the bottom right-hand corner of the following window and click “Continue”.
  9. The following pop-up box requires you to accept the terms given in the last window to Reinstall Office 365. Hence, click “Agree”.
  10. Next, you can alter the default Installation Location. For this, click on “Install Options”. Then, specify an alternate location and “Save” it.
  11. Now, start the process to Reinstall Office 365 by clicking on the “Install” tab.
  12. As a result, the following pop-up box requires your Mac Credentials. Hence, accurately type in your Mac Admin User ID and Password. Then, click “Install Software”.
  13. Following that, you just have to wait for the Installation process to complete. 
  14. Once done, click “Close”.
  15. Finally, Restart your Mac.

➥ For Mobile Device

  1. Open “Google Play Store” and “App Store” on your Android and iOS Devices respectively. 
  2. Search for the Office 365 Application and open it.
  3. Click “Install” to perform the process to Reinstall Office 365.
  4. When prompted, select “Agree” or “Allow” on the following pop-up box.
  5. Thereafter, wait patiently. 
  6. Once the process finishes, click “Open”.
  7. After that, “Sign In” to the installed application with your Microsoft Account to conclude the process.
